They Will Know Me offers two subscription tiers:

• Free: 1 SEO/GEO strategy report per month, full feature access, no credit card required.
• Pro — 9.99 €/month: 3 reports per month, priority AI processing, PDF and Notion export (coming soon).

All plans include GA4 and Search Console integration, AI-generated 30/60/90 day action plan, GEO optimization recommendations, and CTR gap analysis.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' advance notice by email. Price changes do not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

Subscriptions are initiated when you click "Start Pro" and complete the Stripe checkout. Payment is processed immediately for the first month and then automatically each subsequent month on the same date.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards supported by Stripe. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never transmitted to our servers.

Your Pro subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to Pro features until that date.

We will send an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel up until the renewal date with no charge.

Given the immediate delivery of the digital service, we do not offer refunds for completed billing periods as a general rule.

Exceptions: if you experience a technical failure that prevented you from accessing the service for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month, contact us at billing@theywillknow.me within 14 days. We will review and may issue a prorated credit.

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Because the service is a digital product consumed immediately upon purchase, and you explicitly consent to immediate delivery when subscribing, this right of withdrawal is waived.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Downtime caused by Google API outages or third-party infrastructure beyond our control is excluded from SLA calculations.

For any billing dispute, contact billing@theywillknow.me first. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of Paris courts.
